        Face-to-Face Interaction with Masters MTI Series of Lectures on History and Culture of Moutai Liquor

        On October 29, Moutai Institute held a lecture on History and Culture of Moutai Liquor in the auditorium in order to continuously respond to the call of Moutai Group to build “cultural Moutai”, providing a face-to-face chance for the teachers and students to interact with masters and learn Moutai culture. It aims to make the Institute and Group unite Moutai strength, contribute to Moutai value and build Moutai spirit.

        Ji Keliang, former chairman of Kweichow Moutai Group and an internationally renowned liquor-maker, delivered a wonderful lecture “Let the History Tell the Future”. It is the third lecture by Mr. Ji in Moutai Institute, attracting numerous teachers and students to gather in the auditorium.

        During the whole lecture, Mr. Ji stands on the platform all the time, telling about the development process, spirit of hard work and the elements of Moutai’s success, which shows that he is still in a healthy condition even in his 80s.

He himself witnessed the development of Moutai Group from a small enterprise in 1950s to a large state-owned enterprise. Nearly 70 years of hardworking history not only records the growth process of Moutai liquor, but also carries and inherits the Moutai culture and Moutai spirit.

        We shall grow up with new China and carry forward the spirit of hard work, pursuing the idea of craftsmanship and seeking truth from facts. Meanwhile, we should also show our respect to the tradition, technology, history and nature.
