张利青（1987-），男，博士，副教授。2021年12月毕业于湖南农业大学生态学专业（导师：邹冬生教授）。2022年8月加入茅台学院资环系。

 研究领域：主要从事土壤重金属污染生态修复以及生物质资源化利用等。

 主讲课程：《白酒副产物综合利用》、《酒糟资源学》。
