To further deepen cooperation between Moutai Institute and Macao University of Science and Technology, build on the complementary strengths of the two institutions’ educational resources, and cultivate high-quality professionals in brewing and related fields, Moutai Institute recently organized students from the Moutai Experimental Class for a fiveday study exchange programme at Macao University of Science and Technology.

Aligned with the educational objectives of the Moutai Experimental Class and students’professional development needs, this programme features courses covering winemaking techniques, wine tasting, dining etiquette, wine and food pairing. Practical teaching sessions were also arranged at renowned local hotels and sites associated with Macao’s World Cultural Heritage. The program combined academic learning with practical experience, the diverse learning experience has laid a solid foundation for participating students’further study in their respective fields.

This studyexchange initiative represents a concrete step in strengthening practicebased education and marks a significant step in our institute’s pursuit of an open and collaborative approach to education. Building on this program, Moutai Institute will steadily advance interuniversity exchanges, refine longterm talentdevelopment mechanisms through partner institutions, and continuously cultivate highquality professionals for the brewing industry.
