Moutai Institute Has One More Staff Selected As National Wine Evaluation Committee Member


From November 23 to 26, Miss Guo Zhijun, a lecturer of the Department of Wine Engineering, participated in the Evaluation and Selection of “2020 National Wine Evaluation Committee” and Wine Taster Evaluation of China Alcoholic Drinks Association held by the Wine Branch in Xi’an. On December 17, according to the evaluation results and the provisions of the document [2020] No. 08 of China Alcoholic Drinks Association, Miss Guo was appointed as one member of the 2020 National Wine Evaluation Committee.

Miss Guo, with solid theoretical foundation and excellent wine tasting skills, stood out in the theoretical examination and practical skills of random evaluation, repetition and difference identification of more than 20 wines at home and abroad.

Moutai Institute attaches great importance to the construction of high-level teaching staff with “double qualification”, actively supports and encourages teachers to improve their professional skills, which not only promotes the improvement of teaching quality and teaching level of liquor specialty courses, but also builds a talent team for the construction of core subject of liquor making and the cultivation of “industry and education integration” applied talents in liquor industry.
