Recently, the final of the 3rd Guizhou Provincial College Students Career Planning Competition, hosted by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education, concluded successfully in Guiyang. Teachers and students from Moutai Institute captured one gold, one silver, one bronze, and one excellence award, marking the university's best-ever performance in this competition.

The competition featured three tracks: Student Growth, Student Employment, and Faculty Teaching. Following multi-level selection, 260 students from 79 universities across the province and 19 faculty teams advanced to the finals. Our participating teachers and students achieved excellent results once again.

In the student competition, Liao Shengliang, a student from the School of Brewing Engineering, won the gold award in the Employment Track thanks to his solid professional expertise and clear career vision. With this achievement, he has also qualified for the National College Students Career Planning Competition organized by the Ministry of Education. Zhao Mingshuang from the School of Business Administration claimed the bronze award in the Student Growth Track.
In the faculty competition, the team led by Ms. Ma Lisha received the silver award in the Teaching Track, while the team led by Mr. Cheng Tihao received an excellence award.
These achievements not only recognize the dedicated efforts of our teachers and students, but also inject strong momentum into the university's efforts to promote high-quality employment and career development education.
Taking this success as an opportunity, Moutai Institute will further improve its career-oriented education system, deepen university-enterprise collaboration in talent cultivation, and guide more students to build on their majors, establish themselves in the industry, and plan for their future. In doing so, the Institute aims to deliver more high-quality applied talents to local economic and social development as well as the high-quality advancement of the industry.
